Traitor. Murderer. Monster. The Fallen Knight is all these things and more. A lethal warrior famous for single-handedly ravaging the Silver Lands, he serves as the War King’s deadliest general. A former soldier of the Kingdom he now terrorizes, he slew both its Prince and its greatest hero in a single evening, and has been systematically destroying the empire ever since. His mighty blade is feared throughout the Silver Lands, so much so that it has become difficult to separate the myths from the facts. There are those than think the newest hero of the Silver Lands, the so-called “Shining Maiden” could perhaps put an end to his slaughter. The War King is not among them, and sends the Knight deep into enemy territory to butcher the young heroine and put an end to whatever hope she’s given the citizens of his former home. He is a traitor. He is a murderer. He is a monster. An unrepentant villain on assignment to assassinate a young woman of virtue. And he is, among many other terrible things, the protagonist of this story.
